Our dinner rolls are the reason we're here. Made with locally milled flour, they are soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. They're great on their own, but we recommend eating them with honey butter!
Mini Molasses Cookies
These soft and chewy molasses cookies are bite-sized and incredibly addictive. Don't confuse them with ginger snap cookies! My mom's recipe, with some tweaks, so you know they'll be good!
Our Story
We began with a single recipe: a batch of dinner rolls for a family holiday. The reaction was immediate: "you could sell these." What started as a passing joke became a cherished tradition, with the rolls becoming a requirement for every gathering. Second Shift Bakery is built on that same simple premise: making baked goods with a level of care that transforms a simple item into a beloved tradition.
